Standard Delivery: What are the shipping services and costs?
Your package will be delivered to you during business hours on weekdays. *There is no shipping fee for invoices sent to a different address. All prices include VAT.
How long does it take for my order to reach the shipping address?
Your orders will be packaged and delivered to the courier company within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. Shipping times vary depending on the destination city. (Excluding promotional and discount periods.)
What should I do if my order is delayed?

When receiving your order, you should definitely check the packaging for any damage such as tears, crushing, or wetness. What should I do if I don't receive the invoice for my order or if the package is damaged/suspicious?

If you did not request a separate shipment but your invoice was not delivered to you with your order, please request your invoice from the relevant employee.
